1. Do you ship outside the UK?

No — AshDashFlash currently ships within the United Kingdom only. All orders are produced and fulfilled domestically through trusted UK/EU print labs.


2. How long does delivery take?

Processing time: 1–3 business days Delivery time (UK): 3–5 business days

All items are made to order, so your artwork begins production as soon as your order is confirmed.


3. How are your products made?

Every print is produced on demand using professional print labs. This ensures:

  • Premium materials

  • High‑quality colour reproduction

  • Reduced waste

  • Fresh production for every order

Your artwork is printed specifically for you — never mass‑produced.


4. Can I return my order?

Yes — non‑personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are:

  • Unused

  • Unmounted

  • In their original packaging

Personalized items (custom text, names, or photos) cannot be returned unless defective.


5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@ashdashflash.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video of the issue

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel any order within a 12‑hour grace period after purchase.

After 12 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled, but non‑personalized items can still be returned within 30 days.


7. Do you offer refunds?

Yes — once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


8. How do I start a return?

Email info@ashdashflash.com with your order number. We’ll provide a UK return address and instructions.

Please do not send items back to the fulfilment address printed on your package.
