We want you to love your AshDashFlash purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, cancellations, and defective items for orders delivered within the United Kingdom. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

All AshDashFlash products are made to order and produced by professional UK and EU print labs to ensure premium quality.


1. 30‑Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

To qualify, items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unused and unmounted

  • In the original packaging


2. Personalized & Bespoke Items

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, “change of mind” returns do not apply to:

  • Items featuring custom text, names, or uploaded photos

  • Any product manufactured specifically to your personal specifications

These items are non‑returnable unless damaged or defective.

Note: Standard AshDashFlash catalogue designs (printed on demand but not personalized) remain eligible for the 30‑day return window.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@ashdashflash.com with your order number.

Return Method: Returns must be sent by mail.

Return Address: We will provide a UK return address once your request is approved. Please do not send items back to the fulfilment or manufacturer address printed on the package.

Return Shipping Costs: For “change of mind” returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us immediately at info@ashdashflash.com

  2. Include your order number and a photo/video of the issue

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


5. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care goods

  • Intimate apparel or earrings

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


6. Order Cancellations

Our fulfilment system begins production quickly, so cancellation terms depend on item type.

12‑Hour Grace Period

You may cancel any order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. Email info@ashdashflash.com with your order number.

Standard Catalogue Items (Non‑Personalized)

If you miss the 12‑hour window:

  • Your order will enter production

  • You may still return the item within 30 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs apply for “change of mind” returns

Personalized Items

Once production begins (after the 12‑hour grace period), personalized items cannot be cancelled or refunded unless damaged or defective.

How to Cancel

You may cancel by emailing us or submitting our Model Cancellation Form.


7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.


8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in fulfilment processes or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
