Shipping Policy

At AshDashFlash, all products are made to order. We work with professional print labs and fulfilment partners such as Gelato to produce your artwork using premium materials. Your item is printed specifically for you once an order is placed, ensuring high quality and reducing waste.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


2. Order Processing & Handling

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Cut‑off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

All items are produced on demand. Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.


3. Transit Times & Delivery

Once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

  • European Union: 7–15 business days

  • United States: 7–15 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Window: Please allow 4–18 business days from the date of purchase for your order to arrive.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:

  • The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all destination‑country regulations.

  • All applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes are calculated and included at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process.


5. Tracking & Lost Packages

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

If your item has not arrived within 30 business days of the purchase date, we consider the package lost and will issue either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement at no cost

Your choice.

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in our fulfilment processes or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
